Project Management is the process of planning, organizing, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals. This course will uncover the various topics related to the business environment. The business environment includes the external and internal factors that influence a business. External factors include political factors, macroeconomic factors, microeconomic factors, social factors, and technological factors. Internal factors are those elements that directly affect a firm's day-to-day workings. like customers, suppliers, owners etc.
Financial Management
The Finance Management course is designed to expose the student to the financial issues of determining the monetary resources needed by a business, the mix of these resources, the sources and uses of funds, the benefits, risks and costs associated with different types of resources and financing.

Cost Accountancy is a branch accounting, concerned with costing and the application of the principles, techniques and methods of cost accounting to the practice of cost control.
