This course contain three important parts crustacean cultures seaweed culture and fisheries technology .Crustacean culture deals with the overview of crustacean culture in the world , problems facing , hatchery seed production and culture . Seaweed culture deals with economically important seaweeds , morphology ,reproduction and culture . It also describes seaweed products . Last part deals with different fishery products , its production methods and microbiological analysis .
